I've just turn the smilies back on.

This panel looks a bit confusing though

You may need to do some housework on your profiles too.

I notice the 'quote' feature is missing...

Plenty of people don't understand how to use this feature, and on looking at the threads here they'd probably think it isn't available.

Can you change the 'reply' button on the posts to say 'quote' or 'reply with quote'?

Also, I guess it's a matter of preference how the quotes look, but I definitely prefer the way I do them... is that not available as a default?

Thanks matey. Thought I should let people know that the "reply" button underneath each post is the same as the old "quote" button.

Gibgib, do you know if you can change this button to say "quote" instead?

Also, appears the default option in the Profile is to email you when someone replies to a thread. Can you change this default to not be on? Your mail gateway will start throwing out a heap of mail...

Actually, did we lose a few threads? I noticed a few days ago we were on 9000 threads, and now we're down by about about 60 or so?

    Actually no sleep

There's going to have to be some fine tuning. The whole thing looks weird to me after looking at what we had for so long, but I asure, this one has heaps of handy stuff to make the experience that much better.

    So we need to know:

    How to reestablish our avatars

    How to stop the e.mails

How to not become subscribed to every thread we post on

I'm not sure whether it's just me, but I can see someone elses private messages. It's OK......I won't look.

    I don't have any anymore

I've manually reset my signature with the image location, as the software is putting a smiley for the Peugeot symbol.

As gibgib said, it'll be a learning experience - gee it's too colourful at the moment

Ray - go to user cp, select options. On that page go to the Automatic Thread Subscription Mode field and then turn off email notification.

This is a beta version software so we may have to wait for the next one to fix the avatars.

In your profile it should be set to "not subscribe".

Calendar is a nice feature, it lists everyone's birthday (for those who put it in their profile)

I was surprised how many people used PM's. It took 40 minutes to import the PM's alone then it did some correllation thing. I could only sit & watch.
No doubt we have a huge amount of data here.

There are 2 forums that wouldn't come across... Archive & Trading Post.
I still have all the data but UBB wouldn't detect it after the first step.

You can do this through the "User CP" button up the top, but it would be good to fix this universally
