    Default Restoration Software

Last week I came upon this package: http://www.restoration-manager.com/
I downloaded it and played around with the trial version and, to me, it seems impressive. If a project takes longer than two weeks you tend to forget where what fitted etc. Also nice is the fact that it can run on a cheap old PC and you can link photos to restoration elements.

I'm not that organised by nature and this would seem to help (as long as you keep to the discipline) any restoration project.
    Has anyone used it?

I was planning to develop my own version before I came upon this page. For 30 UK pounds buying it would be much easier and quicker.

P.S. I have no commercial interest in this software!

One of the guys on the autobody 101 forum wrote some car restoration tracking software that he was going to release as freeware. He did send me a copy, but I lost all the details when my laptop was swiped.

A search on the autobody forums should find the details though.

I managed to make contact with the developer that Shane referred too.
He sent me a link to the download of the software:

He would like to receive feedback so if you would like his address PM me and I'll send it to you.
