    Default AF and safari issues

On my computer, AF comes up as as a random set of unintelligible nonsense, in random spots all over the screen.
It only happens on safari, yet on firefox it is fine.

Is this an AF thing, or has my puter started being 'funny'.

Safari?..... Had the same issues in Google? Same thing?

I had that problem here 2 times this morning Jo. I also opened normal IE at the same time and there was no issues there. I had crosses I think where the question marks were. Closed both and it was OK.

My son says likley server issue.

Have the same problem here - but every now and again there are some good threads so it is worth persisting
Seriously though I have no working knowledge of safari, so once again I'm of no help
Those people that say I know - generally don't.

    Jo,

There is a new version of Safari out today (5.0.3) for both Snow Leopard and Leopard.

But I still haven't seen these symptoms. There was a Java update last week, I think.

    Simon

I dont do upgrades unless I need to.

Obviously i needed to in this case, because after installing the latest OS, everything is fine.
