    Icon5 Instant notification removal?

Apart from indivdually removing the notification on all therads, how is it done. Yes, I have the no notification box checked in options but the whole list, bar the threads I have recently posted in since the reboot, have instant notification. Currently, my inbox is being overloaded with a/f emails. Not a hassle just wondering.

I believe you need to head to your control panel, then look on the left for the "list subscriptions" menu.

In there, you can select all the threads and delete the subscription to them using the drop down box at the bottom.
