    french car magazine

i m not sure if anybodys brought this up before but have you guys ever thought about doing a french car magazine....there seems to be a lot of talent here...forgetting all our disagreements and a certain SAAB thread (of which i know nothing about)surely it would be possible to do a mag together(u c i m out of work )
seriously though i remeber when i just got my 205 the only place i could read about them was the MAX power crap from uk...and dont say anything,,..i ve stopped buying it a long time ago....r u guys aware of any other mags that i might have been blind 2....
if there isn t any,...then there should be especially considering the current growth in the french car market....

ps.if it ever goes ahead i would not mind being one of your test drivers and a DS for a company car...

The health of a magazine is shown by the amount of advertising in it. Therefore, get plenty of advertising and you'll stay in business. Unfortunately, I can't see the circulation 'we'd' get attracting enough advertising...

try mc gills or the technical bookshop in the city, it's a french mag that's not cheap!
plenty of pics though of wild hot hatches.

another mag that used to be around in the UK is performance GTi, it's recently been re-released and it might make it back over here.
it was a decent read, alot to do with mods but more technical than max power with some good content.

Yep, I'm so tired of skimming through the Fast Fours type mags trying to find an article about something different (European hot hatch) instead of yet another WRX or Skyline GTR with 1000bhp as great as they might be wink

If anyone does manage to track a decent mag down, please let us know - I'll do some searching around as well..

Ummm whilst still being sort of rice tended i buy Le Gti, Performance Gti, Max power, Revs, Redline and EVO... i buy too many really (add to that the staple diet of hot/fast4's and In-car Ent.)..... dissy now.
Also F1Racing and Auto Sport and others...

ps, combine all these and youd have the perfect mag......maybe.

I had a look at my local newsagent on saturday there's an English French car mag called GTI, which I'd be more then happy to buy and send to anyone (at your expenses of course)

Although the mag features heavily riced pugs (shudders)
    Pug- Performance undergoing greatness

Just purchased Performance gti-french cars tuned and styled for a huge $13.20. It has been off the air for 12 months until they could relaunch and get serious [their words] better presented now and the 306 s16 on the cover is so Niccce.
Its a 2 month issue jobbie.
Next issue has a turbo'd 6 speed 205. sounds good.
