Good to see Carlos performing well.
The french cars again show their dominance of this sport.
The only gripe is the lack of willingness of the french manufacturers in translating this dominance into real world cars for us.
Four wheel drive, turbo 206 , yes please.
Street version of the C2 JWRC , yessss please.

It's not like there isn't a market ... WRX, Evo and even the Focus RS (not available in Oz), but the other teams (Scooby Doo, Bitzashitty. etc) have been complaining that the PSA WRCars are too far removed from the real world examples. And maybe they are.

Could that be because the Lancer is a bit pants?

But seriously, Peugeot are bringing the 206 gti 180 to Australia soon, that's gotta be as close as one can get to factory WRC action. They sound like real little rockets.

As for the Xsara, I'd imagine that Citroen are probably reluctant to expand a range that will soon (maybe??) be replaced by something else. So while the Xsara is still around, I guess the punters will have to stay happy with a VTS + rally kit wink

How close do people really want to get to WRC-spec cars, anyway?

Whilst 4WD maybe the ultimate, it's hard to implement I guess at a minimum a turbo is required, Pug/Cit is the only main competitor that doesn't offer a street turbo version. (not including Hyundia and Skoda as major competitors).
