Targa New Zealand

Only six day to go
I will be flying the Renault flag again renault_ ( the only Renault two years in a row) so if anyone reading is spectating dont forget to say hi at one of the service points. You cant miss us, just look for the bright yellow Dauphine.
Also wanted to say good luck to the few other fellow froggers who are competing.
11 Peugeots entered including the 205t16 (hopefully it will finish this time) the rest made up of 106/205/309/504/405Mi16.
And 1 Citroen (Xtara VTS)
This year we have 49 special stages totalling 654kms over six days, four on race curcuits and the rest on closed roads, cant wait. dance

Good luck Ross. Would love to do Targa NZ. Out of interest, what is the entry fee? I understand that for Australian's, the entry includes the car transport? Is there a website?

Cheers,

Sorry about that, should have put the web site in my original post.
It is www.targa.co.nz. They keep it updated during the event if you want to keep up with the play.
Entry fee is about $3,500 for NZers not sure about the free shipping for Aussies.
Not a cheap event when you add up entry fee, tyres, fuel, accomodation (for driver, codriver and crew), service vehicle etc etc but you got to spent it on something

That may be true, but it's cheaper than Targa Tasmania.
