    New Years Resolutions...

    What's everybodys New Years Resolutions???

    Mine:

(On advice from wife) I must spend more time driving my cars & less time stuffing around with them.

I must spend a bit of time keeping the grass down & not expect "Nature to take its course." (Less time on the computer & more on the slasher I think she means)

I must stop upsetting Victorians who want to discuss anything but French Cars on a French car forum....... That didn't take long to break did it?? roll_lau roll_lau (only joking)

Have a happy New Year & tell us what you reckon your New Years Resolutions are...preferably without breaking them mallet

    Alan S cheers! whip

Mine are dull but earnestly stated. Cigarettes and alcohol: they gotta get out of my lifestyle. You can't be over 40 and do stuff like this.
And get 200 bhp out of the Mi16.

I'll drink to that hic*(but it's hard to go past a chilled Coopers) cheers!

Na... I'm not giving up anything, if anything I'm looking for new vices wink

No. 1 Put pleasure before business, I'll make it to the next Queensland Aussiefrog Cruise(QAC2003) and then some.

No. 2 Get out and see/hear more live music, a great sound system sometimes just doesn't cut it. Nothing like the real thing wink

No. 3 Heck just spend more time driving, roads and places I want to be rather than have to be

Have a great New Years everyone, take a cab wink

    Cheers

Easy - get rid of Deb's (Mrs UFO) heap of crap Magna. Maybe a C3? We are soon to have access to novated leases via a salary sacrifice scheme. Guess what both our first ideas were! evil dance head_ban

And amongst other things - get serious about some of the outstanding issues on the D. Things like solving the FR rattle, reupholstery, maybe even a respray.

    More work...

I think my NY resolution will be to not bring anything up in the "general" section like Saab's or stuff like that. Try not to upset too many people on here and take everything said to me with a grain of salt and let it run off me...

    2. Get more involved in the RCCA more but not on the sporting events. Would like to get more involved in the Bastille day event in Sydney if possible.

    3. Get to France again in 2003. Maybe just Paris though.

Dont smoke cigs so cant give those up though...

    4. Just basically chill more if thats possible in Sydney.....

My resolution is to get a full time job hopefully before the end of the year(university degrees arent worth the paper they're printed on ) and only then will i be able to take the Fuego off the road and stuff it in the garage for a few years and work on it (wont be telling the girlfriend how much money i'll be spending )

Hopefully by 2003 its a bare shell on stands!

    Mine are:
    1. Spend more time away from the cars and house (read on - you'll know why I wrote this) so I can actually enjoy other aspects of life.
    1. Get my Lancia running again after being on stands in my garage for 12 months - actually this will probably happen tomorrow after finally getting the engine etc. back in it over the last couple of days - yippee. Then I can sell it and move on to just maintaining the Pugs.
    2. Finish all of the jobs my wife keeps finding for me around the house - it'll take me years! e.g. I spent all day sanding wooden floors - I'm in a bit of pain right now.
    3. Play more guitar.
    4. Get more sleep.

Try to clock up 400,000km on the 504 before a newer car in 2004. Maybe a 79 model 504!
