Onya jfn; my bro's been a chef for almost 20 years, so I appreciate how hard it can be to get eveything 'just right'. Good one.

Congrats jfn. Must be all that good TAFE training coming into action! (and of course years of practice and experience).

Would love to see the recipes, perhaps you could provide them to gibgib and he could whack em on the old server? I always like to give Deb a nice piece of pork eek! (Oh come one, someone had to do it, you were all busting to drop a line there somewhere!) head_ban

Congrats for the medal and the head chef position. My parents own and run two restaurants, oldest has been running for 24 years now. Wouldn't mind cooking up a special meal for the girlfriend as it's her birthday next weekend. Hell, I'll even pass the recipe on to the chefs and get it on our menus. Only kidding, they're chinese restaurants. tongue

Nice one. That sound's like you got a gig at MG Garage. Great food while you look at Peugeot's finest. You must be cooking up a storm!
