    now this is *NOT* rice...

Finally I find a modded 206 that is more then a 1.4ltr car with kilos worth of bodykit slapped onto it.

This guy claims his 206 can do 150mph And boasts near 190 bhp

    ----------

Okay, i've done a fair bit of mods on both cars, if i left something out i'll update it later on. Time i had with a camera was limited, so i didn't have time to either wash the car or make some representative good quality photos, but i'll replace them later on anyway :

Cosmetic: 2000 Peugeot 206 GTI, black with a few silver details (rear view mirrors, door handles, sills), homemade mesh grille, alloy fuel cap, Peugeot spoiler, tinted windows, 16" Nimrods wrapped in Yokohama A539 rubber.

Mechanical: reworked cylinder head, port&polish, oversized cut valves, polished valve seats, springs instead of hydraulic valve lifters (sounds better! ), camshaft reprofiled, vernier pulley, stronger head bolts, forged pistons, increased compression ratio, lightened&balanced crank and flywheel, custom-made inlet manifold with homemade cold air feed, K&N cone filter, reprogrammed standard ECU, rev limit reset to 7200 rpm. Venom VCN 1000 nitrous injection kit +50bhp (when not on a Honda), 6-speed gearbox from a 306 GTI-6, uprated clutch, Sparco strut brace, adjustable Koni shocks, Eibach springs -30mm, rear torsion bars reset to match height. Custom made stainless steel exhaust, 60mm bore, plain pipe instead of cat and centre section, back box (at the moment) Arospeed Earthquake, 130mm bore exit. Estimated 185-190 bhp (still haven't dyno'd it yet), have seen almost 150mph on the clock (6th at approx. 7000rpm).

Poor guy if only he had waited a little bit longer he could just bought a 206 Gti RC with no mods that already has 180HP, hehehe unlucky cry
Btw my friend told me that the peugeot 206 gti (current model) is being heavily discounted (to make way for the gti180 i suppose) and are going for well below 30K is this true? If so how much cheaper?

Have any of you seen Harley's 206 in the UK?
Supercharged, close to 300bhp, that's power.

reprogrammed standard ECU, rev limit reset to 7200 rpm
With head work, cams and nitrous he hasnt had it dyno'd????
So does that mean he's got a chip in it?

I'd like to know how the 6 speed gearbox mounted up ? And what this has done to his turning circle.
