    Interesting Car TV Advertisement

One of our fellow board users, nJm sent me this Honda Accord Commercial. I thought it'd be quite interesting for some here.

Click <a href="http://home.attbi.com/~bernhard36/honda-ad.html" target="_blank">here</a> to see it and links to articles about it.

Sure it's not French, but it's one interesting ad to watch. Makes most dominos arrangements look rather boring. Like the 206 Sculpture advertisement, it's different.

Have to say, I'm a fan of the concluding statement.

    Cheers,

    Justin

theres a big stink about that actually..

aparantly a honda spokesperon. mentioned that it took like over 600 takes..

and ppl are going.. what.. its not a animation???

say it is real... those tyres moving up the ramp.. How can they do that with what seems so little force.. ??

    This explains it:
    <a href="http://www.dailytelegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2003/04/13/nhonda13.xml&sSheet=/news/2003/04/13/ixhome.html" target="_blank">http://www.dailytelegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2003/04/13/nhonda13.xml&sSheet=/news/2003/04/13/ixhome.html</a>

The tyres roll uphill because they are weighted. They don't turn a full revolution so as they are knocked to the right the weights move to the right side of centre causing the tyre to roll.

I can see how that'd work

    Derek.
