    Yeah that was me.

I was the one that got in the passenger seat.

I had this weird feeling that it could have been an Aussiefogs person.

    Nice car.

Hope to see you around again at a cruise.

    cheers!

    Nice car as well.

    MY 4?

Coincidentally, well-known Peugeot personality through the fifties, sixties and seventies Jack Nelson had a plate like that...

    Hey all,

I thought i saw you last night at Bondi YEL020...! Lots of cars out and about last night, doin' the standard Saturday night cruise..I got dragged along with a mate of mine who just bought a Skylne GTS. Prior to the purchase - I tried to convince him that a Clio would be much more suitable for him...but did he listen? Obviously not! I gotta say though, his car keeps my car more than honest! (Scary - fast)

I'm free Friday night for a Sydney cruise if anyone's interested...?

Don't let a little thing like an insurance premium scare you.
My son's got a "reasonable" driving record, a good no claim bonus, bush location and locked in a shed, alarms & immobilisers as well as guard dogs & his Gt-R "only" costs him $3000 + as well as an excess over $2000...as I told him "wise investment son, wise investment" roll_lau roll_lau Rides rougher than an Arabs donkey, seats harder than park benches, parts prices you'd have nightmaes thinking about, (trafficator stalk mechanism $820+), Tyres around $3000 a set, nearest 110 KPH zone almost 3 hours drive away & the built up area speed limit has just been reduced to 50 KPH in over 90% of the roads he'd be diving on.

You don't see this purchase as a rational decision, do you Alan?

But hasn't it always been so?

yeah, alan i was wondering about that but didn't want to bother asking you....
Try this on $4800 and $1200 excess, for over 25, triple immob/alarms, off street garaged all day, a year for a FWD 2litre turbo nothing, 4wd nothing S16 306 pug!!

Cringe every time is see that, im currently looking to move insurance companies, as they won't let me keep the mods i have done even though i've cleared them for legality an havn't increased value from before.

    ps, yelo20 i coming tomorrow. i think.

    Xqisid,

You might have to look at changing addresses as well as Insurance companies.
These days you need to have an address like me when you ring for a quote & they say "Whereabouts is that?....can you spell it? What's the nearest City and what's your postode?"
By comparison, my BX 16V is costing me $330 per year on a $10,000 agreed value with wreck retention.
He asked for a quote from the same company & the guy almost had a coronary. eek! mallet mallet eek!

    Alan S cheers!

    </span> </span>LOL....
    i get those reactions everywhere......
insurance, petrol stations, car washes, parts stores, sydney CBD ('... Gowhah nice mirage mate!!..." dohhh), even at my old service center, three words young, peugeot & S16, that ussually gets one way or another...... same would go for a GTR, specially an R34 Vspec II, MINES edition, if there was one that is.

I'm not a hoon. Not in the C3 anyway!

I'll be bringing my 306 tomorrow though. I was thinking I could bring the 504 if someone wants to see something different....
