I'm still carrying spare stickers with me...

In the next couple of weeks I'll be down the Cunningham and Newell to Moree, across to Walgett, then back through to Dubbo, on to Young and probably do a loop to Canberra.

Back through Sydney for the return voyage, stopping off at Glenbrook and possibly Mona Vale, spending a day or more in the Newcastle area somewhere then on up the coast to Meerschaum Vale and on through Alstonville and onto the Pacific again through the Gold Coast to Brisbane.

If anyone along the way wants any, just post that in this thread.

took father in law to the Bega-Sydney "Premier" bus for him to attend his granddaughter's graduation.
The bus driver admired my bx16 and announced that he drives a Xantia. Lucky I had a AF sticker in the car for him. Hope he won't stick it on the bus - would then go too fast with grandpa on board....

Yes, but it looked to me like an acknowledgement that Focus on Print were the good guys who printed the stickers, not that I should order from them. Perhaps it should be made a bit clearer.

I now have large stocks of innies & outties thanks to a trip to the GB factory (focus on print) today.

I tell ya what, Mr GB does some great work with business cards wink
If I ever I need any business cards produced I know where I'll be going to have them done.

DeKa, Have you been to AutoFrance lately?
    How is Wongy?
How's the sticker supply going there?
Must be getting down unless you have been replentishing supplies.

sfrawley, currently there are pickup points for stickers in Melbourne & Sydney.
There are also members who distribute voluntarily; notably, GreenBlood, DeKa, UFO, & myself along with others.
I will trial my email address as postage option (opposed to pick up) on the front page. Fear being one time visitors may order just for the sake of it whistle

I know there are pickup points in Melbourne and Sydney but the rest of the country has to rely on snail-mail. Perhaps froggy parts retailers and repairers in other places can be persuaded to act as pickup points.

    gibgib,

Yes I've been there. Wongy is good. The BX you made up was still there with a few stickers in it. It didn't look like it'd gone down at all.

    sfrawley,
If you can approach someone in Adelaide, please do ask them if they will be the sticker location for Adelaide. The other option is to use your own work/business as the pickup location, which is what I do (I'm the Rock Around The Block listing on the front page).

I've approached a few other Froggy retailers/repairers and they're just not interested - I guess they feel they have people coming to their site potentially for no return? I don't know...

    Good luck with it!
    Derek.

Thanks Gibgib for the plug wink

Focus on Print are more than happy to support the site in what ever way we can

After just 3 years Aussiefrogs has to be the best resource for info on French Cars in Australia, it's a credit to the available knowledge here that we now have a number of international members asking our advice, and of course adding to the knowledge base. Members like PUG307 and DoubleChevron have links to their own sites which adds enormously to the available knowledge. Remember too, there's a goldmine of information/pictures in the files section of the board.

We all owe gibgib for making this available cheers!

    Back to the stickers....

Every sticker that ends up on a car is helping to promote the site, so get 'em out of your glove box and hand 'em out. Every French car enthusiast that becomes a member adds to our knowledge base.

DeKa, yours are in one of those amazing yellow express bags (yes I did post in the Yellow box this time).

UFO same with yours, if Aus post do the right thing you should have them on Monday.

Stephen (sfrawley), mailed yours on Friday so you should see them early next week.

Anyone else who is happy to re-distribute (become a dealer) let gibgib or myself know and we can send quantities to you and let members know where you are.

    Cheers
    Chris

    Thanks GB,

I stickerslapped a C5 estate/wagon AND an AXGT that were parked next to each other outside the local bottle-o yesterday afternoon. They both got internals.. not quite as good as externals for stickerslappign though.

Do you actually stick the stickers on the cars?

I wouldn't do that... I just leave them somewhere so they can be readily found when they return... though a lot of them hand to people when I see them... or get alongside and hand them over as I drive beside them etc.

Today I gave a 505 STi owner a sticker... he's from Bordeaux and has been in Australia five weeks... just long enough to find out that STX tyres aren't available...
