    Hi,

After two days of rally in Mexico the overall classification is:

    1-Petter Solberg(Subaru Impreza WRC)
    2-Mikko Hirvonen(Ford Focus WRC)
    3-Sťbastien Loeb(CitroŽn xsara WRC)
    4-Manfred Stohl(peugeot 307 WRC)
    5-Daniel Sordo(CitroŽn Xsara WRC)
    6-Matt Wilson(Ford Focus WRC)
    7-Henning Solberg(Peugeot 307 WRC)
    7-ex Gareth McHale(Ford Focus WRC)

    Facts:
-Marcus GrŲnholm(Ford Focus WRC) retired from the leg(rolled and stuck in ditch)
-Chris Atkinson(Subaru Impreza WRC) retired from the leg(hit a stone, missed a corner and rolled - crew OK)
-Henning Solberg(Peugeot 307 WRC) would have been clother to teammate Stohl, if he hadn't brakes problem and puncture...

Note the gaps between all these drivers!!!!
Less than 10s between Petter, Mikko and Seb in the lead!!
Manfred and Dani are just separated by 15s in the battle of 4th

Today, there will be 6 over-20km-long stages to run + the rerun of the superspecial

Good run for Solberg so far. Silly mistake from Gronholm on Day 1, but he's fighting his way back under the Super Rally regs. Don't think cameras caught the Atkinson crash but it did some decent damage to the car.

Hirvonen also crashed on Day 2 after a strong performance on day 1.

Hey Guys - dont forget to put ***spoiler*** in the thread title as some people dont like getting the results without having seen the coverage on Fox/10

A great comeback by Gronholm and Atkinson after their misadventures during the first day. Great result for Loeb & Solberg - should perhaps open up the championship from what was looking like a gronholm whitewash (ok it was only two rallies!

Anyhow - The top 10 are...

    1. 1 S. LOEB 3:47:08.8
    2.
    5 P. SOLBERG 3:47:57.7
    3.
    7 M. STOHL 3:51:47.9
    4.
    14 D. SORDO 3:52:36.5
    5.
    8 H. SOLBERG 3:59:34.2
    6.
    15 G. MAC HALE 4:03:11.1
    7.
    6 C. ATKINSON 4:06:08.3
    8.
    3 M. GR÷NHOLM 4:08:53.0
    9.
    31 T. ARAI 4:09:43.4
    10.
    16 R. TRIVINO 4:09:36.5
Murray : And there are flames coming from the back of Prost's car as he enters the swimming pool!
James Hunt: Well that should put them out then!

Incredible result for Manfred Stohl in the 307!!!

Finally, after having restart under superrally system, Chris Atkinson takes two driver points(he ends 7th overall)...

Sebastien Loeb did a PERFECT job in his CitroŽn Xsara, and not a lot of WRC events can be said never have been won by the Frenchman(only Finland and RAC I think)

Petter Solberg at least finish in his first points position this year...

    Unfortunately this is our lot.
It's a valuable lesson on keeping local copies of databases & data in general.

Still lots of links to fix & add ons to add on but at least we are in our own house again.
Going outside now to get some sun.
