You won't get to drive, you get scared when your CX does more than 140, your too much of a girlie thing to take an Atom on, plus its got inferiour non-upsy-downsy suspention on it. Plus there will nothing for you to grind back as none of the paint has bubbled..... - Chris

Your right of course ... at 140mph I'm scared the remnants of the paint will simply blow away in the wind

That would be sensational fun, but what do you mean good price too!? Almost 500 moolah for just half a day! Maybe I'm just a tight @rse

    ----
206 RC..you're seriously thinking of buying one!? You lucky sod. How much are they looking to price them at in Oz?

...truely bizarre coincidence, or it may be fate.

Was pottering around the internet, and thought to myself, I'll go a nd re-read Jeremey Clarkson's review of the Atom (http://driving.timesonline.co.uk/art...67303,00.html), that will put a smile on my face.

It did, and then I clicked on the forum and found this thread.

I'd prefer to call it fate.

Added to favourites under Motorsports and in the things I must do before I shuffle off.
Would make an excellent A/F meet and greet day for the interstate members to fly in for

Up to 24 people per session! Don't think I'd pay $500 for that! How many cars do they have?

If it's just one car they have, that's up to $12,000 takings for running a <$100,000 car for half a day. Not a bad little earner!

I would expect given the abuse, probably 2 sets of tyres at $1000 a set, 200L
of fuel, a set of pads, and that is only for the Atom, plus track hire, and similar spending on the Clio Sport. It's an earner, but not as much as you would think.
