Default There's a squeek in my dashboard...

Saw this on the ORS forum...

Not really sure how, but this bloke was driving along when an Iguana decided to poke its head out from its home...behind the dashboard...

Stupid Iguana, he couldn't find a Citroen? Much more comfortable ride!

Why'd he choose a bloody volvo?!?

CX would be perfect for an Iguana, impossible dash to remove and the A/C is not going to chill it......

Actually, Citroen has far better safety standards then Volvo these days....

Look at the C5, safest in it's category...

Volvo can't brag about being the "safe" marque anymore...

Lets wait for the C5's real life safety record and see whether the car's just been engineered for EuroNCAP tests - not saying it's unsafe, but it's a lot easier to engineer a car around one specific frontal test. Rather interesting how the C5's safety rating shot up so much with the recent update

Errr.... you compare the 107 to the C1... direct comparision, pretty much equal.

The 1007 is not in the same league as the C1.

    Nice try

Yeah, but that'd be rational - I'm trying to think like a Cit person

Citroen isn't even good enough to have their 1007 equivalent, naaah naah

Not really... Citroen just aren't as stupid as Poogoe, to cloud their product line, with 40 different similar models.... Poogoe are darn good at confusing prospective customers!

Citroen's product line is spread out, covering all sectors of the market adequately, instead of having 40 different versions of the same vehicle!

Nah, only simple minded Citroen buyers would get confused We Peugeot buyers are too smart for that, it's about giving intelligent customers choice

Anyway, who cares, 679,100 more Peugeots were sold than CitroŽns last year

I'm not finished with you Poogoe owner yet....

Obviously less Citroen's were sold... Citroen being the quality and prestigious arm of the PSA group.

You don't see Jaguar outselling Toyota, now do you?

Nah, I look at this way. There's a reason why BMW outsells Lada

Anyway, you DO realise PSA has positioned CitroŽn as its value arm.

    New Look C5 - 22% off sale, save $8000 - CitroŽn, it's French for K-Mart

That's because Lada's aren't distributed world-wide... are they still even in production?

The "New Look C5" is a runout model, it's simply clearing excess stock, as quick as possible
