    Default Sacre Bleu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just seen on the BBC that -

Automotive News Europe reports that foreign carmakers outsold domestic car brands in France in August.

    That is VERY UN-FRENCH!

The BBC had a live report with Folz (CEO) and he didn't seem to be concerned, saying that PSA was a global manufacturer and not just French.

Is it surprising.... Where do you think PSA/Renaults are made ... The C4 probably came out of china.... ie: there imported back into France anyway

But in his quiet times, if Folz isn't shaking in his boots he is a tool. Is he gonna rely on Peugeot in Australia or Vanuatu to pull him out of the mud?

I hope this stuff doesn't affect their future in F1.

Looking at it logically, both Renault and Peugeots main volume vehicles are being replaced in the next few months (206 and Clio over the next month or so) and the Twingo next year (it's 10+ years old now I think...and is still as cute as ever imo )

If it was ever going to happen it would be August/September/October...

I still don't understand how Folz was about to rub it off with a cheeky smile. I think it's absolutely disastrous that PSA & Renault were outsold in their home market.

Especially considering the French are mean't to be quite nationalistic, it's quite amazing, that they'd choose foreign brands over French ones.

Do they know something about their own marques, we don't know?
