Well FCD this year was a great event & big thanks must go to SIVA for organising. Biggest turn out for many years, its just a shame the Bugatti & Facel Vega didnt turn up. Was great to catch up with a few AF'ers as well, cheers boys! Here are some eye candy anyway................

The 407 looks a lot better from the rear than the C5

    Default French Car Day

    Great photos Zykyra!

A very good day and many thanks to the Special Interest Vehicle Assocation for this years organisation.

Great venue for Aussie Froggers to catch up on the day and good displays from all clubs attending. Allpikes also supported the day bringing the new 407 a C5 and 307cc sport.

The amount of enthusiasm for French cars seems to grow from year to year which was evident in the number of visitors and interst in the cars displayed.

XTC had the 206GTI's organised with Troys Xsara to make a grande entrance which also received favourable comments.

A great day and even a TV and generator for Bathust supplied by the Peugeot clubs Lindsay and Val.

    Yes thanks Zykyra,

Some great pics there, I'll have to spend some time and digest but love the black XM (is it black or a very dark colour) the black DS wow don't they look good in black, the beige safari - had one in that colour good to see one in such good condition, ooh I could go on. You guys have some lovely examples of froggies over there. Hmmm the red traction, the 2CVs. Oh of course the Pugs and Renos were well represented too......looks like you had a great day... the R16 the yellow 505 and and and....

    Cheers

This yellow 505 had the oddfire v6 installed looked really good and had a lot of effort put in to the whole vehicle.

Yes, it was a great day. It was a great turnout and while it threatened to rain at times, it turned out to be nice day. It was good to catch up with some of the AF'ers and PCCWA members.

Chris, the XM that was there was not actually on display, it was parked on the street. It was a 2L Turbo. And yes, the black DS was in fantastic condition. The best I have seen.

Many thanks from SIVA (Special Interest Vehicle Association) for your appreciative comments.

Any practical suggestions for improvement are of course welcome. At present the organisation of the FCD rotates through the clubs, and of course money is limited...

    We had a great day.

    Cheers

It's the Renault Sport Spider, produced in the late 90's. I remember seeing one on display at the Perth Motor Show 3 or 4 years ago. Maybe it was the same car.

    Some info I found
