Rumour is, Sime Darby is going to put 10 GTi 180's in the 2005 event ... they may have missed the July 31st earlybird special though.

So OK ... who want's to organise both a spectator week and a drive of the same roads the week after That one I'd DRIVE over for !!

There are some great roads in the Targa course. My favourites are the Woodbridge, Nichols Rivulet, Cygnet, Colebrook and Grasstree Hill stages. they are all in the south, and lots of people get exited by the Sideling but that is up north and I haven't been north of Launceston for 11 years or in the sideling area for 17 years so I have no experience of those roads.

Anyone who has never been to Tassie should come and do it, you will enjoy it.

The Sideling is a great stage to watch. Part of it's appeal is that it is often dry out in the open, but the road damp under the trees. Exciting to watch for sure.
