Yes, but there was an Aussie Monaro among them...the yellow GTO. Probably not really a rally/dirt track car in my estimation.

I drove up Pikes Peak in 1998. Pity it was in a Buick station wagon. When you see the road in the flesh, it will make Vatanen (and the rest of them) seem even crazier than you thought.

    I'll be there in August.

I like the watch shot, I'll be cycling that high! hehe.

The first yellow car looks like a toy...oh that person is real!

Ari Vatanen drove in the Climb Dance film, but Rob Unser also drove a works 405 T16 in that event, take a look at the final credits.

Nice enough series of shots, but how could you miss with material like that?

I was going to say that if he's counting on them to establish a rep for himself as a serious sports photographer, he's seriously deluding himself, but I looked further and it seems he has no shortage of uncritical admirers ...

That's nice Cal. I've never been there and I shat myself just looking at those pics. Has anyone ever gone over the edge? They're nuts.

Lincoln, you lucky bugger. You better hire a Buick wagon!

great pictures really clear and very scenic views there. They are great. It reminds me of a mad Peugeot 405 video that was on the net one day where this french nutcase was in a solo time trial of some kind very scary stuff....gret nevertheless
