    Just got this message ...

Maybe it's changed in an upgrade of the board software. Perhaps it's a configurable setting. Gibgib?

Is 60 seconds too long? Are you trying to shoot off those messages like a machine gun?

I haven't changed anything but one of the other admins may have for good reason.

Why do you need to post more than once in 60 seconds anyway?

Speaking of upgrade, we will need to move to the latest version (3.0.3) as there are some security issues with this version.
Unfortunately all data will be lost (including post counts) when performing this upgrade, but as you can understand, it is an important step we need to take.

I don't, but sometimes I'll have 2 replys going at once ... just hit send on each when done ... wondering if something had changed that's all.

Does that mean everyone is a Tadpole again and no-one will be able to see the Toad pond until their post count is reached ???? .. it'll be a quiet 8 hours then

Does this mean all the posts will be lost as well?

Can't everything be backed up and then reloaded once the new software is installed. Like after the great software crash of February 2004. The counters are no big deal but there's a lot of valuable information posted since this forumn has been opened.

Actually, all of Daniel's posts are backed up onto RAID 1, cdrom and tape backup, all in triplicate, just to make absolutely sure it's safe and sound.
