Default recall notice, that the mileometer does strange things

Does anyone know if UK Peugeot recall notices are on the WWW? I presume it would apply to Citroens too.

I am intrigued by this fault especiall when owners say " between opening the door and starting the car it can add up to 5 miles"

    see:
    http://www.topgear.com/content/my_to...fers/D2/D8/51/

Example: Many Peugeot customers have been disappointed by the admission, and subsequent Peugeot 307 DTurbo X4B recall notice, that the mileometer does strange things. For example on my car I travelled 15 miles, but it added 24 on to the mileometer, or between opening the door and starting the car it can add up to 5 miles

I requested some reassurance over how my car will be perceived given that next to the engine and wheels the mileometer is probably THE most important part of a car (measuring service intervals, benchmarking maintenance, calculating insurance premiums and influencing residual values
    ).

Look on the bright side; think how you can boast about fuel consumption..

If it ain't broke, use a 12" shifter.....that usually does the trick!!

Time to use the handbrake on those hills, methinks.
