Icon5 2nd go Blistering clear coat - what can I do?

We have recently got an old 505 - its not too bad.
But the blistering clear coat on the boot lid looks RS, the paint underneath is Ok.
Any suggestions on how to strip this up & tidy up the boot?

Only one choice really (my CX is starting to do this down one side too ...).

Sand 'er back to you hit some sound/good paint & respray. Ageing metallics are quite difficult to match I think
