Default Calling all Gold Coasters - help

I'm at Sea World tomorrow for a conference.
I fly into Coolangata at 7:30am, and I'm driving up to Sea World in a (ugh) Getz. The conference starts at 10am.

Anyone interested in catching up so I can further my efforts at being Aussiefrogs Traveller of the year? I'll give you a sticker I promise!! I don't have any breaks during the day so I can't catch up with anyone in the afternoon sorry.

    Derek,

There's a couple of Gold Coast members but I think they reside or work at the other end.
I know there's one at Carrara but I think he works in the general area of the Tweed.

Nah,nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah,no,no,no,no,no,no,no; you got the message all wrong.

He had Shane Warne SMSing him; apparently Shane's uncle has asked for hush money or he'll blow the whole story to the media.
DeKas arranged to get the five bucks to him first thing in the morning!!

Well I only got one proper response from koppers but that wasn't going to work out. The rest were all pranks

I got some verrrrry steamy messages from someone who wanted to see me - his/her name started with "A" was the clue. I guessed it was Asanka playing a joke and I was right.

In the airport now... gee JetStar's Boeing 717-200's are quiet! I'm very impressed.

The 717 is the quietest aircraft in its class - powerd by BMW Rolls Royce BR715 turbofans.

One of its claims to fame during its introduction downunder with Impulse (remember them, gobbled up by Qantas) was that 717 flights did not need to pay the Sydney Airport noise levy (yes, the one the renamed from a tax to a levy so you could add 10% you know what on top ).

Off the top of my head, the only other commercial jet that fits into this category is the BAe146/Avro RJ.

    Have a good trip.
