Forget about a 20 metre shed, I dream of having just a carport. (A double carport would be even better).
My cars live outside and any work is done in the driveway (weather permitting).
I'm in much the same position. Working in the driveway becomes less enjoyable (if it ever really was) as the decades go by.

See what I mean about it never being big enough. "Murphy's Law" applies to shed size.- The amount of vehicles expands to the available size of the shed..

And when you fill it so full you can't get any of them out easily for a drive. I also notice that sadly, there seems to be a distinct lack of Frenchies in there..??

Wouldn't it be a bugger if you had your heart set on taking one of the ones in the middle for a Sunday outing?

This type of set up saves a fortune on concrete slab space.

Recently bought 86 Acres in New Jersey for $105-K. Plans are to build two little 40-Ft--by-80-Ft Cinderblock Buildings(with a two layer classic Red Brick outer 'shell'...). One for the running Cars & one for the non-runners. Land is actually Farmland and it'll be rented out to local Farmers to make the place pay for itself.
