Yes I know, corney as hell but entirely appropriate. While the press in the UK is getting all excited about the upcoming Peugeot 107 micro-hatch (which will keep the electronic sliding doors and luxurious 4-seat interior of the Sesame show car) going on sale next year, another little Pug codenamed 007 is going to arrive on the scene. It is Peugeot's new budget car (so undercutting the 107's 10,000 entry price tag) and has been built in conjunction with Toyota. That's about all I know so far, but I guess it will go head to head with the next Renault Twingo?

I must admit I find it interesting that Peugeot haven't badged this car the Citroen C1, given that PSA has positioned Citroen as their entry level / budget cars and Peugeot as the more luxurious, sporty etc.
