    Default AutoGlym Rocks !

Just finished a clean with newly aquired AutoGlym products ... it's hard to take photo's in this light, but the results are outstanding ...

Cleaning - Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner
Polish - AutoGlym Super Resin Polish
Final Finish - AutoGlym Extra Gloss Protection
Wheels finished with - Meguiar's Gold Class High Gloss Tire Protectant Gel

Photo's don't do it justice .... will go and look for some flood lighting tonight and see what I can get photo wise.

Looking for some AutoGlym Alloy Wheel Seal now.

Very nice job there. I hear autoglym is quite difficult to work with though. Is that the case?

Not overly ... The Super Resin Polish was a tiny bit harder then the usual Meguiar's Gold Class Clear Coat Car Wax I use.

The AutoGlym Extra Gloss Protection was only hard because it's very difficult to see where you have been (it's clear and very very liquid like) you have to wait 30-60 min before taking it off though - and it marks bumpers easily. You must not RUB this final coat in.

Whole job took approx 4 hours, wash, dry, polish once, finishing wax, tyres. (interior I'll tackle next weekend). Never has the paintwork been so slippery - my friends where very impressed .. Now where can I find some flood lighting ?

Appart from the electrical gremlin I've had (and they keep saying it's sorted) yes, it's a fun car to drive, lets you take corners at insane speeds, yet can cruise along the highway without feeling like a small car (actual headroom is better then many cars I know - even big ones). Still tempted with a GTi180.
