    Default R17 in Hobart, Tasmania

Hi all. Does anyone know of any R17 in Hobart or the surrounding areas. Or anywhere in Tassie.
I had a 17 in the early 90's in Hobart.(TS I think because it was great around the Mt Wellington roads, plenty of power).
Sold it on. Now in WA for the last 20 years.
It was the same colour as the attached photo (wikipedia pic)
Would be interesting to know whats around. Heading home for the break over xmas and hopefully looking at some wrecks in Launceston to drag back to Hobart n store in my brothers paint shop.
    A few Froggers in Tassie?

    Hi Col
Do tell. Is any of them my old girl?
She was a steel gey blue metallic but I painted her with a shade extra blue (2 pac with nice clear coat) standard steel wheels.
Someone reversed into her and put a sizeable hole in her back guard near the side window (1990's) I moved her on after that.
So there is a following in Tassie with R17's?

As far as I know the ones I know of are brown, green, and yellow.

Have not seen a steel blue one here.

Thanks Peter for all your help. And to all those that have helped me out with replies, etc. Appreciated greatly.
And thanks Mark. Your car is a joy. Love the colour. I have already remedied some little issues that needed sorting. And have a priority plan of other things that need attention. Front disc brakes calipers are sticking and need kits through them. Drive shafts boots need replacing. Starter motor solenoid is nackered and needs replacing or whole starter. All front rubber bushes need replacing. Petrol pump could use a kit as the electric pump inline added before the pump is noisy. I have been told the original pump could leak and maybe flow fuel past the diaphram into the engine?? Engine exhaust pipe from the manifold has a big crack. can these be made up?
Could use some advice on sourcing parts for these jobs. I will still check out the ones in Launceston.
    Cheers
