    Icon3 Texas 'Frawgz'....

I recived a 'Phone 'Caw' from a Man in Texas whom I've purchased Cars & Parts from in the past. He's got a pair of 1961 Renaults in His back Lot. Form me $1200.oo for the pair. What WOULD be the Pro's & Con's of owning a '61 Renault(s)? Parts availability? See:-->CTC Auto Ranch and then go to the 'Parts Cars' section under "Miss".

I've had Cars shipped from Montana(as well as this Gentleman in TX..),so I'm seasoned Vet when it comes to Shipping costs. PLUS,I've got People 'on-the-inside'.

A 61 renno brings a cool thousand in my parts. In that vein, two for 1200 is a good buy.

The first Dauphine seems nearly all there and the second one has the missing spare wheel cover, although having twin exhausts, the second might be more collectable....
Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone............

    Default Dolphin(Yuk-Yuk'...)

According to 'Dave & Allan'(Yard Owner's...)there's other Parts available for both Cars. "For every Car we put on the 'Net,there's another 40/or 50 so that don't have their Picture taken." "We have Bumpers/Wheels/Steering Columns/Seats & some side Mouldings for those Cars. I'd like to make it clear that these ARE NOT 'Parts Cars',the Guy who built-up our Website simply did one thing while we asked for another and screwed the descriptions up",say's 'Dave.' I couldn't help but notice the homemade Air Scoop on the Bumper-less '#2 Car'. The Landlord tells a Story about slotting a Corvair Turbocharged 164ci. 'Flat-Six' into a '61 'Dolphin'(as He called it..). "It was pretty fast,we built it to go FAST,NOT stop." "We were into Tyre Smoke and Tyre squeal, not stopping."

Second car's shell is a lot better, ask Al is it a Gordini or just tweaked?
