    Default Aussiefrogs App on iOS

    Hi,

is the Aussiefrogs App still being supported? It's suggested each time I log onto the site via a mobile device.

It crashes in the last couple of iOS's and an iPhone 5 and 6. I've deleted and loaded it a couple of times.

    Any suggestions?

Thanks! Sorry to be vague, but what's the URL of the mobile site?

I use the Tapatalk app on my iPhone. It doesn't crash constantly like the AF App but can be annoying at times for different reasons (they keep messing with it). I stopped using the AF app a long long time ago when it started crashing all the time. Every now and then I try it again but it just crashes almost straight away. It doesn't appear to have any support
    cheers,

    John

I'm using Fakawi with the standard site, just turning the phone sideways. Seems fine.

This has been a problem ever since the IOS 8 version was forced on us. Tapalalk is a nuisance but at least it doesn't crash.

The administrator/s don't seem to have any interest in fixing the problem, or at least aren't telling us what they've tried to do this far.

I've just downloaded Tapatalk. Not sure I will persist with it.

To the credit of our long suffering administrators, the App was fantastic. It's a pity something went wrong.

Oh well, back to using the desktop or maybe the iPad.

I have been trying to update the app but I keep getting a certificate error each time I build the code. It takes so much time to relearn how to do any of the apple stuff. Android is so much simpler!
There's a new version out so give me a couple of weeks & I'll take another look.
I didn't know the crash problem was so widespread.

My Windows phone just displays what I see on my PC. Why does Apple need an App?
Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone............

Hi Kim, the iPhone will also display what is seen on the PC, but the App (for Apple and Andriod) changes the format so it is easier to navigate and read on the smaller devices.

When it was working, it was a marvel!
