Default Twizy for fourteen year olds

This will lift your enthusiasm for electric vehicles. The Twizy is registered as a quadricyle in Europe, a vehicle classification yet to reach Australia. In Germany this class of vehicle has been open to drivers from 14 years old. Now France has come in line and so the young commuters to school will be able to do it in their all electric Twizy.
With four wheels it offers some safety advantages over the scooters or electric bikes that are the rage.

Paris has decided to become the cycle city of the world and to overtake Amsterdam. The plan is to double the present length of cyleways and double the present 200,000 bike trips per day, pushing bike riders up to 15% of the total traffic by 2020.

Paris will no longer be the city of love without street walkers.
