Default How to watch the Malaysian F1 since it's not on free-to-air?

    Hey all,

I must live under a rock as I've only just found out that F1 isn't on live free-to-air for half the races!!

Anger, disappointment and surprise aside - and since I'm a bit of a Luddite - how can we watch this weekend's GP without contributing to the Murdoch family bank account? I keep hearing about 'streaming' but not sure how best to do that...

    Cheers,
    Tony.

Can't help with the streaming, but I agree with your sentiments. I'll be watching the highlights on Monday night (One) and there is another highlights replay on Thursday 11am. I can't justify Foxtel just for motorsport.
Frankly, in the current competition, the highlights will probably be more than enough. Although I do usually find the build up of the weather in Malaysia sort of interesting as well, and that will be lost with the highlights.

I am actually more cheesed off that the V8s are in the same boat this weekend, and that shouldn't happen with a domestic sport IMO.

    Cheers.

Perhaps you should type your question into "Google". Something may come up.
Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone............

Actually, my wife found for me (yeah, yeah...), "eplsite" which does SD def live streaming for free. Not ideal but it does the job. The next gp (China) is also only on RupertTel, so it's eplsite again...
