We had lots of rain out here as well , might keep the cockies happy for a bit.

It was going to be an indoor day any way as we have to get ready for the eldest boys b'day party tomorrow. The only trouble is the kids go a bit stir crazy after a while.

The missus still managed to get some shrubs planted today.

Well today was sunny here but still windy.

We lost power twice, first last night at 6:30 near the peak of the storm for an hour, then again at 1am. Power wasn't restored until mid day today from the second outage.

Getting very used to this no power thing.
This being the 5th time this year which is pretty bad for an inner city suburb of a modern capital city.

There are still 30,000 houses without power in SEQ as I write this. Poor bastards.

    Shed?

Oh, yeah... the shed... the one with the roof that changes from blue to white and grey as the cloud level increases?
