    Darren,
Will you be running this Wednesday?
The temprature has been a lot cooler lately, that can only mean faster times!!

    Yep, I'll be racing.

    Hopefully I'll run a 13 tonight.

Well if this weather holds out I can't see why you wouldn't, if you have adjusted the fueling so the car isn't running as rich, and the air temp today seems to be extremely favourable(at the moment) I can see a low 13 if all goes according to plan!!!

Hey, I also posted this on the other thread, but... what time does it start, and how long will it take to get out there from the city?

    Cheers.

Nice work. Bit of a pity that it was paired with a 12 sec GEN 3.

Now that's what I like to hear!!
    ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!!!!!
I told him 13's were possible.
When he first ran(with NOS) I thought the times he got were not the best, but this is what I was expecting and as I have always said once we hit winter I honestly believe that a high 12 isn't out of the question!!

    WELL DONE DARREN!!!!!

I'd say so....unless turbopeugeot306 can prove us wrong.

I'm hoping I can hold that record for NA soon. Once I get it tuned.

    Thanks guys.

I'm pretty happy with the times as you could well imagine. The best part is that I am still doing 2.3sec 60' so there is still heaps more time to be cut. The problem is now that the car is wheelspinning fairly heavily in 1st gear and into 2nd. We upped the nitrous as I previously mentioned and this put the air:fuel ratio into the 11s and 12s. I had a Dyno Dynamics air:fuel ratio meter on it during my runs so I know that it is accurate under those conditions. It actually came off on one run and was dragging behind the car. The other problem I had, which resulted in the smoke that was coming out on my 4th pass, was I ran out of nitrous. So because my kit is a wet kit it was still dumping heaps of fuel in but there was no nitrous going in to be able to burn it.

    I ran:

    14.0, 13.75, 13.8, 13.9 then 15.8 (missed 3rd again NA)

Anyway, I'm stoked that it ran those times and looking for low 13's at the Sydney Jamboree. I'll be keaving the line much harder so hopefully will be able to cut my 60' times and take a chunk out of my ET's.

Darren, a new set of soft compounds might have to come your way soon.
Can you run slicks? If you are running 14's I can get some new Michellins S9's cheap (a must tyre for the French car !)

some suspension mods might help the grip as well depending how hard your camber changes during those takeoffs.

    again well done.
