    Well, they're sort-of "cars" aren't they?

    I'd imagine that in EU countries you can't light a steam engine's boiler without purchasing pollution credits in advance...

    PS Just a thought, wouldn't it be wonderful if the locos were at a reasonable depth in crystal clear water (like Truk lagoon) and you could dive down to them?

    Just my luck they'll be in thick silt 5km down in pitch blackness
