Default Well; that's it for I

I'm off !! (like a bucket of prawns in the sun) for a couple of days.
Sunday, I leave as the sparrows break wind for a trip to the 'gabba to see the Australia Vs India one dayer ahhh...Hayden, Tendulker, Gilchrist, Ponting, Bichel, Kumble (why did his mother call him Anul??) sitting in the grandstand (where's the aussiefrogs banner greenblood??) sipping fruit juice & waving banners, then Monday half the clan heads off to the deep south.
    Have fun & behave yerselves
Should be back around Monday PM or Tuesday am. Think of me as you sweat at work or watch it on the telly won'tcha?

    "Déesse" Roland Barthes, 'Mythologies', 1957

The Déesse has all the characteristics of one of those objects fallen from another universe that fed the mania for novelty in the eighteenth century and a similar mania expressed by modern science fiction: the Déesse is first and foremost the new Nautilus.

Gee it's quiet around here. No old fart going off at us every 20 milliseconds. How'd ya like to be an umpire at the cricket if Alan disagrees with your judgement?!

    not really; just passing through.
About 3 am followed by long enough to rid my a/f addy of all the offers of enlargement...won't see much of this boy for about another 10 days apart from an odd sticky.

Good match though; sad tale about David Hookes tended to spoil the whole thing though!!

His mother really did have a sense of humour then didn't she.

What a difficult puberty that lad would have had with a name like
    "Anul Rumble"

can you imagine the nicknames? 'Flatulence' 'botty boom'
and people saying things like " was that an Anul Rumble??"
How about when the girlfriend takes him home to meet her father...."and your name son, is???" ..........."errrr, Anul Rumble, sir" "The go outside lad; don't do it in here."
At the tea table a bad smell...."corr, what's that?" and everybody would point at him.
Gotta go....sheesh, I could go on forever...maybe he was named that by mistake??? ..........and what shall we call this child? (Mum; what was that?) Dad "my anus rumbled" "I hereby name this child Anul Rumble"

Seeya before I get into (more) trouble.
