    Default C5 Remote battery replacement

We got a remote with our 2nd hand 2007 C5 that doesnt work. Hoping it's just a flat battery. Studying it there is no obvious screw for dismantling. Can anyone give me a description of how to get it apart to replace the battery.

The two halves clip together, just separate them carefully with a sharp blade.

There is a join line right around the case, but at the end with the ring one side has a small depression and you prise it apart there with a screwdriver. There shouldn't be a problem leaving the battery out of a C5 plip, but change one first and make sure it starts the car before changing the second just in case.

    Thanks guys.
Found that little groove and it just popped apart. The other one of the 2 is working fine. This is the spare. Just have to get time to go and find the battery now.
