I'm assuming they have more than one copy, otherwise I may have to read mine to you in instalments - by e-mail.

Doesn't come out until November ( according to Haynes, though that could easily blow out another 6 months.
I've had this experience with Haynes Publications on the past, the publishing date is projected, not set in stone.

At 304 pages it would be somewhere between Original Citroen and Le Grand Livre at 372 pages in the original edition or 400 odd in the edition printed for 2005.

One to ponder upon, with a few months grace.

Scrolling down to the bottom of the screen, I was amused by the Sponsored Links - one from Toyota and one from Peugeot.

It just arrived. Nice book with lots of good photos.

Ordered on line at 2pm yesterday. Arrived on my desk at 9:30am today. Perth to regional Vic - door to door. Not bad.

Agreed, and just as prompt for me too, 'though the carbon footprint it entails (air across the Nullabor to ADL) is something to consider ... but then, no doubt the jets would be flying with or without it in the hold.

True, but it all adds up I suppose, doesn't it.
I see you have an S&N in your stable. You'd know MarkM then.

If you're a D fan and don't have this book yet, you should get it while you can. I have it, it's 510 colour pages and is taken from the lva-auto archives and written by Olivier de Serres, for those that know, he doesn't need any intro.

I kept a scrap book for 20 years documenting Citroen DS sales, this spans entire DS production life and beyond, no prices unfortunately, but great resource.

Ordered my copy yesterday afternoon, received it this afternoon in Brisbane!!

    Can't complain about the service.

A bargain at $20.00. A good read too.

Yep ... it was sort of in a way with a little bit of my "help" (not much) that Mark acquired his S-N from NSW, and since then a joint friend, Melbourne based, has managed to bring one in from across the Tasman. That now makes a grand total of 4.5 S-N monos in the country.
For light entertainment some might like to follow Mark's blog ... http://carcrank.org/wordpress/?cat=6

Yesterday, being pension day, I ordered the Citroen Book from Perth. Today it arrived in Sydney. It was impressively packed in hard cardboard.

A first quick look at the book gave me the shits, but that was probably because I was sitting on the porcelin pedestal in the blokes library, having my morning constitutional. However after the job was completed and paperwork done, I really enjoyed flicking through the book looking at all my favourite Citroens. It will sit nicely alongside some 2CV books and one on the DS.

What a great marque Citroen has been. Sadly "has been" is the operative word, but then so am I.
