    It probably just runs on 3 cylinders
    Still 110 bhp... get it running on all 4 cylinders and it will give ...er, more bhp.

    Lol vtr is a 4 cylinder and some golfs are 5 think he is a little confused though!!

    HAS ALOT OF GRUNT FOR A 3 CYLINDER CAR


    I can understand, due to lethargy and excellent fuel economy, why one would mistake the engine in the Xsara VTR as a 3 cylinder, but it is (as you may have guessed) definitely a 4 cyl 1.6.

    It is a repairable write off. Maybe he lost a cylinder in the crash.
