    Folks,

Looking at the SM Australia Owners Register, all I can find is this one in the ACT.

USA Feb-72 2.7l Carby/5sp Persian Red/black leather Ian McLain ACT

Maybe Persian Red looks blue or maybe there is one visiting from Christmas.

All the best for the New Year,

    Ken W

the car in question is not mine

    is in grey undercoat

came from Melbourne recently, unsure if currently registered

owner also has a Xantia and is well versed in science of electric vehicles

I am not in a position to reveal his name without asking him first

there was a very nice metallic bronze SM in Qbn. until mid year , now in Sydney

    cheers

I know there used to be one in Fadden, but that was probably 8 years ago now. I don't think it was in running condition either, just sitting on the lawn with a cover over it

The one in undercoat in Ainslie in the drive is mine, will be restored (quite a job) when time permits.

First priority is removing all the smelly bits out of Xantia & installing an electric drive, this will take up much less room & make maintenance easier on the bits left as well as stopping payments to the petrol companies. I will put info onto Aussiefrogs about this as work progresses.

    Forget the Xantia...
Walk to work and concentrate on the SM!
