Did you know that Ross McGuinness has moulds to make them in fibreglass? Gives a shell as a starting point at least.

There'd be some demand, I'm sure.

    Good re the coupe!

    Cheers

    Hi guys,

I've recently (...8 months ago... yeah i'm a little delayed) bought Tim's CX (Emo, earlier in the thread). It... it really needs some work, and i'm wondering if there's some sort of cx "guru" i suppose in Vic who I could entrust it with... Think, a Melbourne equivalent of Jason Hantos, who had serviced my CX for the past 10 years.

It has a steering rack leak, c-matic leak, and engine oil filter housing leak.

Just hoping to get it roadworthy and find someone who really knows their stuff, an honest bloke like Hantos.

    Thanks,

    Max.

We keep hearing of these mythical moulds. Nothing however has yet materialised!

I've seen them, so they do exist. I'll check up on them - the question is, does someone want to use them?

    Cheers

Has anyone contacted CX basis. We need to get the molds to someone that will actually get around to making them! (I certainly don't have the time!).

    The CX appreciation thread.-1533948265906.jpg

Found this in an old 1984 classic car magazine when the Fiat Uno was car of the year. We owned 2 Unos both rubbish really until we replaced the suspension to Spax.

But I'm pretty sure the CX should have been COTY?
