Default CXs coming together before Cit-In

Couple of photos of my Prestige, RMac's (white) and Andy N's Familiale (silver) I took earlier today.

Is Greg going to bring his prestige?

I can just see what's going to happen, everything that turns up will be:

    --wagons
    --prestiges
    --deisels
    --petrol turbos

A good cross section of the car we never actually got here

I bet that what happened at the CX event for CCCNSW a couple of years ago cannot be repeated.

Every body style, every engine type and every gearbox was represented.

    Sheer bloody fluke of course.

With some illegal driving we could get all the engine types represented. Andy's CX2000 wagon is a great car, only lacking number plates. Douvrin powered Reflex in Grafton required fair bit of welding last I saw it.
I don't know if Dieter will bring the turbo diesel, that's the only registered turbo diesel I know of in QLD.

I would never have thought in my wildest dreams that 3 of those CX's from the CX day in Sydney would have been in my garage. One has gone west, one is actually a gremlin and the other deserves proper restoration.

Not only was it amazing that all those CX's were at my place, but I found out later that rmac(Ross McGuiness) is close enough to being my second cousin. To be factual, his wife is my dad's first cousin!

Nice guy too and just crazy that he is into Cits, has known my mum and dad since well before I was born!
I really want to go to WA next year for their Cit-In. They are a friendly bunch and this I also remember from Dubbo Cit-In. Laurens also assured me that the catering will be 5-star as it will be held at a resort there.
