I have no idea what it is. My guess is a one off.
I spy 5 main parts in it, so whatever it is, it should pbe pretty thrashable.

whatever it is, i dont think it would be going far up on blocks, likely with no suspension, and being driven by a mannequin.

i note it has the letters "deudeuche86" bottom right. that is the 2CV, right? so my huge and complete guess is that this is a french photograph taken at the coachbuilding firm which made the convertibles. you can see a cart wheel just to the left, and some sort of bicycle or very old light vehicle tyre to the right, and the tips of what are likely information signs to describe what is being viewed. these things are at least consistent with a display of past works at an old coachbuilding firm.

    Icon3 Ricou

    Citroen Ricou

One of Citroën's first concessionaires was the Grenoble-based firm run by the Ricou family.

André Ricou proposed a number of variations on the DS theme, ranging from the "Barquette" left from 1958 through to DS no 00018 below the story of which is covered in the book "DS Objet de Culte" by the renowned Fabien Sabatès who is pictured here behind the wheel. This car was good for 170 kph.

    "Déesse" Roland Barthes, 'Mythologies', 1957

The Déesse has all the characteristics of one of those objects fallen from another universe that fed the mania for novelty in the eighteenth century and a similar mania expressed by modern science fiction: the Déesse is first and foremost the new Nautilus.

What a crazy thing. Not sure I'd like to sit behind such a tiny windscreen. I'm tall and reckon I'd eat a few bugs!

Bloke in the background with the hair looks a lot like Rob B., one of Melbourne's better known francophiles - he and wife have D's. 2CV Renaults and Pug's.
alexander -that is no mannequin - it is dino when he still had his beard
Those people that say I know - generally don't.
