    Default Hard to find parts....

    Can anyone out there help?
I need one plastic wheel centre for these kind of alloy wheels.

They are quite rare here in England, but I gather fairly common in Australia.
Perhaps sombody has a damaged wheel rim in their garage that isn't useable...
I can tell you they are NOT the same as those used on speedlines (16v)

Let me know what you have, and how much you want for it.....

I'm more likely to see a GS on the road than a BX in this neck of the woods.... especially a non 16V.

Good luck all the same, Smiffy

    Smiffy,

I have some of those wheels down in the shed.

I will check to see if there are any 'centres' when I get down there next.

    Cheers,

    Ken W

    Smiffy,

I have checked and if your wheels are 'Cromodora' brand I have several spares. Yours for the price of postage.

However - I am an old bastard and have no understanding of modern methods of postage, electronic fund transfers, etc.

I can certainly deliver them packaged to the local PO, but from there?

    Please advise,

    fento

Where would I find that information? I've just been to look closely at the wheels, and I can find no markings on them at all....

I'm going to need to restore these wheels anyway as the paint is rather flakey. I have a set of speedlines I can use while these are being worked on. (I've checked, and speedline centres are different)

Mine have the brand and size moulded into the rim outer edge. Yours appear to be 'blended out", although the basic arrangement looks the same.

What size is the hole you need to blank off?

    That's them.

I can mail a couple as soon as I get your postal address. Details by PM, please. Refund whatever postage in on the packet by cheque, etc, snailmailed when you get them.

    Regards,
