    Default Re-building Engine Mounts

    Hi All,

I think we lost all Dan Burts investigations into Engine mount rebuilding. It doesn't appear in the google caches any longer. Did anyone save any of his stuff ?? eg: the stuff he was using to create the engine mounts??

See this Shane - there are 2 pages to it. I have to upload as a zip, so you will have to extract the two htm files.

You will not find much at all left in Google's cache for threads numbered abour 33K to 85K. I have some of the 'lost' threads across various sub-fora, but a lot was just not able to be recovered and I've not had time to do anything with what I do have over the past month or so.

EDIT: The attached htm files are a cached image of the pages from late last year. Don't expect it to be exactly as Aussiefrogs now appears and there are links that will go nowhere and others that will give you errors. It's not the same as viewing a current AF webpage, so please just read it as you need. The images have been lost because they were obviously not links to images located on another server (e.g PhotBucket etc.) and were consequently lost last year.

    Hi David,

thank you. That's amazing, you must have downloaded that in the past? I could find no reference to it at all!

BTW, I bought one of Dan's prototype lower mounts. I installed in tin the c-matic. I think it is fine but it is hard to tell for sure because I got some vibration coming from a bad driveshaft I presume.
