Default A real live size 2CV in my living room!

Have been wanted to do this for years and two days ago I did it. I know it has been done before, but it least I am the only one in my street! My mid fifties LHD 2CV has been sitting idle for many years (with a very worn out motor). First under a carport and then dry rot forced me to pull it down (The car port),and then for some years kept under various tarps. Not an ideal storage. I kept looking at the sliding door leading into the living room and figured if I did some modifications and widen the opening I,ll push the the thing straight in and have the 2CV as an retro sculpture. She is now cosy and trouble free. Will post some photos soon once I figured out how.

At least you'll have some extra seats to complement the lounge suite!

Well, now you can invite hot young surfer chicks back to your living room for a coffee.

Thank you Binky. By the way, did you have a good spare 404 radiator?

No probs, always happy to help

Yes I do have said 404 radiator. It has performed well but I figured that while i was fitting a 504 engine to my 1964 404, I should put a 504 radiator in. So it is superfluous to my needs. Let me know if you want it.

    Binky.
