30000km on Penrite so far so good but I need to replace the selector switch or adjust it again. As doesn't show N in neutral and D sometimes flashes as slips until we wack the gear lever down. ...we got used to it but a spare selector switch waiting for a dull weekend.

Hi all, is the AL4 actually a ZF 4HP20? Just asking because I have this ZF box in my Vito van....and it's time to change the oil.

    Hi Geoff
No the AL4 is itself as is a ZF xxxx. However the same oil is recommended. The Penrite or Nuylon full synthetic multi use oil will be OK, check the recommendations on their websites.
