I'd ask you to be a bit more vague if I thought you could be.....but can you give a bit of detail??? It's nigh on impossible to diagnose anything from that!

If it ain't broke, use a 12" shifter.....that usually does the trick!!

Sounds like a return line or one of the return passages in the height corrector is blocked so that when it tries to return LHM, it build pressure until the end cap blows off.

You've done well; now, has it recently had any work done on the hydraulics, how often does the P/R tick, is there any air in the system, does it do it all the time or when it settles, is there any noise from the pump, is there any problems with the ride????????????? and so it goes on.
That's what I was talking about.

I've seen several BX's over here with similar problems. It's usually the seal failing and vast sums of LHM are emitted. Of course, if its not leaking vast amounts of fluid then it probably aint that. We've had a few that have worn a lip in the piston and leak only at a certain point of travel on the corrector.

My $$$ are on the blocked return track inside the height corrector (or the line upto the tank) as well. When was the LHM last changed I suggest once you have dismantled and cleaned the height corrector (don't replace it, it'll be fine) that you flush the system and change the LHM.
