    I'd guess it has been swimming, but it is from Victoria. Only 16000kms?

    Yep she looks like the passenger side rear has taken a decent hit.

    Unless the cars buckled (ie: bent roof/chassis twisted) I wonder why it's written off .... Doesn't look like a difficult fix if you could find the wagon parts (maybe that's the problem, no Xantia wagon parts cars in Australia ).

    At 16,000kms I'm stunned it wasn't repaired. The air-bags haven't even deployed (a big cost to replace).

    I'd give you even money that either the roof rail or the C-pillar are bent -- check out how the rear door is sitting.
