/& don't forget Buffy, where Giles the librarian (note, not an architect) drives a grey 1963 CitroŽn DS. Its license number was 2GPU94.
It was eventually fully killed by Spike.
It's easy to find Cits in any of your new wave francais flicks ... no fun there ...

Looking at the IMDB site, the early one is in fact a '66 ID Wagon. /& the later one 'destroyed' was a 1965 DS-21 Pallas.
Presumably authoritative, given the info comes from the owner at the time!

Just got home from the private preview of Neuroplastic, a short sci-fi flic, which starred my BX with a few professional actors as support.

Got the shock of my life... when the producer approached me for a French car I assumed he wanted my DS. Instead he wanted something 1980's and quirky. All the cast and the crew were very happy with the results and my BX got a round of applause

    G'day,
also on ABC iView. Lots and lots of French cars and more smoke from the pipe and Gauloise than the local Citroen Club.

ps this is meant as a oke

Not a movie but, just watched the latest Classic Restos on the Shannon’s site. A fleeting piece on early CitroŽn history in Australia.

    Thanks for that link.
The second video in the series was good too. I enjoyed the Renault 4 Sahara 4WD part at 1:48, no doubt Renault's response to the 2 engined 2CVs and probably a better solution to the design brief.
The 3:37 portion showing the real machinery of a rear engined Renault was goo too.
Modern advertising and reports are all smoke and mirrors...and connectivity.
